Anyone up for a challenge?
A good rule of thumb to stay active and fit is to take 10,000 steps a day. There are 99 days of "summer" this year (Memorial Day to Labor Day), so the idea is simple: Try to take 10,101 steps a day and get to 1,000,000 steps by Labor Day.
I work at a desk job and really want to up my fitness so I'm going to try this challenge. Anyone want to do it with me? I figured we could use this thread to keep track and encourage each other. What do you think?
