I have one month before we leave to visit family in Florida. I'm getting serious about my exercise and nutrition. The scale has only moved down one pound but I'm losing inches - yay!

I'll join you! I think I will buy some cute workout clothes at lunch to replace my dingy shorts and sport bras...maybe that will motivate me?!
What kind of workouts are you planning to do? I think I will try the couch to 5k app again and do some Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred!

I do! We're actually leaving for Florida on June 14th, so I have the same motivation! I've been doing the 30-Day Shred and running at the gym.

@autumnlove: I need to get some new workout clothes, too. For my workouts, I'm mixing up some Insanity with some jogging and I might try to join the gym near my work and get some weights in during lunch.

@autumnlove: oops. Just saw we have the same ideas for working out. DH has been doing the 30-day shred with me. We were both very sore the first few days!

@BabyBoecksMom: DH's family lives in Lakeland, which is between Tampa & Orlando. We're going to hang out there and also take DH's sisters to Disney for a couple days. Where will you be?

@Mrs. Blue: I have family in Lakeland and Orlando, but we'll be staying at my parents timeshare in Cape Canaveral. I would love to take DD to Disney, but it'll have to wait a year or two (until she can actually understand what she's seeing). Have fun at Disney!

I wish. Unfortunately I'm just not feeling up to exercising yet due to my migraines. And I have so much going on it's hard to cook and eat healthy But I wish you the best of luck! And have a good vacation.... it's hot here in Florida!

@artbee: eew! I get migraines, too, but not as often or as severe as it sounds like you get. I am so not functional when I have one, so I don't know how you manage to get anything done!

@Mrs. Blue: I don't get anything done with a migraine! The other day I had such a bad migraine, I couldn't put my LO down because then I'd have to chase her around the house and I wasn't up for that, so I just held her while she cried until my mom could come help me. It was awful.

I'll only be gaining inches until December, but I'd love to get back to the gym now that the first trimester symptoms have gone away! Time to hit the weights!

I'm in!!! I have a wedding to go to in two weeks and three weeks, and I haven't done anything!!!! I hope at least one of my old dresses fit. I wanted to start 30 day shred last week but our bathroom flooded due to a leak in apt above us and the leak isn't fixed yet so we had to temporarily move to my moms (didnt want LO exposed to the mildew mold smell that's developing due to the water damage in the walls.

I missed my workout this morning DD has been waking at 5 everyday for the past week and a half, so I assumed she would do it again today. I woke up on my own at 6:30... no time for workout, but I'll make sure to get something in after work.

So far so good for me, although we're going on a road trip this weekend and visiting wineries so that might blow some of the work I've done.

We've been moving, so there has been a lot of eating out and not much working out (other than lifting boxes). Eek. At this point, it's possible that I should just start looking for really cute cover-ups!

3 workouts last week...i'm still sore from my Physique 57 DVD workout that I did on Sunday! Trying to work out longer this week...last week was 25 minute sessions!

I only managed to get two workouts in last week (two 3.75 mile jogs). So far, nothing this week. DD has not been sleeping well so I have been choosing sleep over working out. But, so far I've lost 6 lbs - only 8 more to go to get to my goal (13 more to get to pre-pregnancy weight). Yay!
