MIL is here and I'm ready to punch her. She's a know-it-all control freak. She is constantly overstimulating DS. She even snatched him out of my arms the other day when he was fussy. She is mad because I won't bf in front of her. DS it's very easily distracted right now and she NEVER shuts up. I feel like she's taken over my house! She rearranges things to her liking. DH is no help because he won't say anything to her. She leaves tomorrow, thank goodness.

Hang in there! Mine were here for 24 hours when LO was 5 days old. They drive me crazy, I couldn't wait for them to leave, especially since they invited themselves up!

Wow, glad that's almost over for you! At least you have the excuse of not wanting to breastfeed in front of people. LO was bottle fed so I couldn't just excuse myself to feed her and everyone would come up and talk to her, touch her, etc. She's eating, let her eat!

Thanks for the support ladies! I'm about to go all crazy white girl on her. I found her rummaging through my craft room. She said she was looking for hangers. Ask if you need something! It was clear she was just being nosy. One day she's going to find something she wishes she hadn't!

@boiledpnut: Ick! When my MIL visited during that awful week, I kept our bedroom door shut so she would stay out of it. She kept on going in there without permission. Nothing like finding your unfolded, washed sheets on a pile in your bedroom you kept off limits from her.
