Do you participate in exchanges?

I've done one the past two years called the Scarfament swap. Basically, we got paired up and sent a scarf and an ornament to our partner. You could only spend $20 on the entire gift, plus shipping. It's been ton of fun!

I've done a few things via swap bot (randomized exchanges) and had both good experiences and bad. I think they're fun though, obviously, and was bummed that I was too busy last holiday season to participate or initiate one.
