I'm in dire need of some new boots - my others don't fit since getting pregnant. The first 2 are real leather and the 3rd is synthetic and a completely different style. Which do you like better? Which would go with more outfits?

I fell in love with them (#2) at the store today and I've been thinking about them ever since. DH was with me and I didn't want him to see how much they'd be costing me so I came home and started looking online. I just can't decide what I want!!

Definitely #1. I like the slight wedge heel. And I think you can dress it up or down as much as you want.

@Ash: I think my second choice, style-wise, would be #2. But only if the higher part in the front hits below your knee. I'm short so it would look funny on me.

I own #1, and it's a very popular boot... great for bigger calves, but a little too big for mine so it just looks messy.

@Ash: Oh, since you already wedge boots then maybe you can go for a heeled one. In that case, I like #2! I like the zipper aspect because they're so much easier to put on!

@Ash: Then I'd definitely go with the zipper! How far along are you? I know it's a biatch to put on boots when you're further along. Zippers will be your best friend!

@banana: I'm 35+3 - It's a biatch to put on ANYTHING at this point lol! But I agree, it was hard enough putting a pull on boot on when I wasn't pregnant. Good point!

I wouldn't buy the fake leather ones. I feel like they never look as good/look right. I LOVE the 2nd ones, and I like the first ones.

@Ash: I just dug up this one, which was taken 7 days after LO was born in March! Unfortunately, you can't get too good of a look at the boots and I haven't really worn them since because it's been too warm. But, I promise that I wear them with dresses, leggings, the JCrew Minnie pant and Jcrew Pixie pant. I'm a teacher in NYC so I am on my feet a lot and I wore them throughout my pregnancy. Comfy!
Oh, and I'm also 5'4" inches so you can see if that helps at all!
