Does anyone know where I can find decent quality boots for a toddler for under $30? I want to make sure I don't buy something that may hinder her given that she's only been walking a few months, but all of the boots I'm finding are $50! Any suggestions on good brands? Maybe I should just hope for a good black friday sale at Stride Rite?

In case it matters, my LO is almost 17 months, and wears a 5 or 5.5W.
