I'm not a fan. I'll go to parties and buy something cheap to support a friend, but I couldn't in good conscience sell something myself.

I know that I would be terrible at it. I'm not social enough or convincing enough to be able to get people under me, so I'd just be making the people above me richer. That said, I love Lia Sophia and will go to all their parties!

I would never sign up as a consultant. Definitely a pyramid scheme.

In my defense, I have friends that sell Scentsy and OO, so I was helping a sister out. haha

Yeah never would be a consultant, but whenever a friend has a party if I'm available, I go. I stopped feeling guilty about not buying the stuff though! If I wouldn't buy it normally, I won't just because they have it at a party. I just go to the party for the wine and snacks like the hosts always say to come for

We have so many parties/fundraisers at the office I stopped feeling guilty a long time ago. Right now their is a Tupperware party and a pampered chef party catologs floating around work. That said I'd love to buy some scentsy items lol

My opinion is they are scams for 99% of people involved in them. Sure, some lady somewhere made a ton of money every month but chances are very good that it won't be you!
I also wouldn't feel comfortable soliciting friends and family.
