We're about to put our house on the market, but before doing so, we decided to replace all the tile on the floors because it was installed wrong when they put it in the house 10 years ago. (They waited too long to put the tiles on after they laid the thinset, so all the tiles were coming up)

We were going the cheap(er), faster route and decided to leave the backsplash (which matched the original floor tile) and the tile around the fireplace as-is, since that was installed correctly.. and we have a baby due any day now. By doing so, it saved us about 50% of what the floor was.

So what do you think? Do you think it looks ok w/ different tile on the floor and backsplash?
