I usually temp and of the last 12 cycles, I ovulated on CD15 10 times, and CD14 twice. Out of frustration, I stopped temping, then decided while we were out of town (aka without my thermometer) to do progesterone this cycle, so I need to know when I ovulate. I had EWCM CD13 after drinking green tea. This morning (CD14) I took my temp, and it was higher than expected, about what I usually run in the few days post-O. The room was a lot warmer than usual, and DH was hot last night as well. Due to the confusion, I did an OPK, which was ALMOST positive. Can it be almost positive after O, or does this mean I am about to O?

It really depends on how your body works. For me, I always got a positive OPK for about 2 days and then it dropped off slowly over the next few days. But yes, it could also mean you are gearing up to O. Unfortunately, without temping you are just guessing at this point. Given your circumstances I would proceed as though it has not yet turned positive, and keeping taking OPKs. It will either get darker or lighter, and that will give you your best answer.

You can get "almost" values right before and right after ovulation. Keep testing to know for sure!
