I know this one of those questions that really, if you have to ask, you should call the doctor, but since it's after 5 pm I don't want to call unless i feel like this is really abnormal and should get checked, and right now I'm just not sure.

I'm 27 weeks in my first pregnancy. As of a week ago, baby was breech. Starting on Monday evening/Tuesday morning I started feeling some pelvic pain/pressure. It's worse first thing in the morning (so when I get out of bed) and if I've been on my feet for a long time. The thing that's kind of freaking me out is that today I started to feel pressure in my butt, too. It partially feels like it's structural, like a muscle/tailbone issue, but it also just feels like...a heaviness. I'm also having what I assume is more round ligament pain near the bottom of my belly (I've had it a lot so far this pregnancy.) Some BH's here and there but nothing too frequent or consistent. Baby is moving fine. No bleeding or other weird discharge.

The pressure pretty much resolves when I lay down on my side, which is a what I did earlier, and just woke up, missing calling the midwife by 30 mins. I was hoping after I rested it would be better but when I got up it was still there.

It's worth noting I've been pretty active lately. I was at a wedding over the weekend and did a lot of walking plus was on the dance floor all night. Went to a 90 min prenatal yoga class Sunday. Did a cardio workout involving lots of squats and lunges Monday. Went for a 40 minute walk this morning.

Part of me also wonders if my breech babe flipped head down and I'm just not used to the sensation? Hard to tell based on movements.

Does this sound like a "Get seen ASAP" issue or a "Call in the morning for advice" issue? Has anyone had pressure in their bottom this early on? That's the part that scares me - the pelvic pain seems normal.

Thanks!
