Whats your favorite pasta salad recipe? Now that I have decided to take a packed lunch to work everyday I'm looking for quick recipes

I usually use fusilli (corkscrew) pasta, cucumber, red pepper, yellow pepper, orange pepper, tomato, feta cheese, and whatever salad dressing strikes me (typically greek or a vinaigrette of some sort). Simple and delicious!

1 lb ziti
1 lb jarlsberg cheese cut into small cubes
1 red onion sliced into rings
1 box cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package croutons
Dressing:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepperCook ziti as directed. Mix jarlsberg, onion, and cherry tomatoes in a large bowl. When ziti is done drain and rinse in cold water until ziti is chilled. Add ziti to bowl. Make dressing and pour over the pasta mixture. Chill for at least an hour. Add Parmesan and croutons and mix well right before serving.

My absolute favorite is:
medium shells, shredded carrots, green peppers, celery, shredded cheese, and coat with a vinegar/sugar dressing (boil the two together before mixing in.)Also a great go to is black bean salsa, you can put it on salads, in wraps, or eat with pita chips.

I love pasta, black olives, green peppers, chicken, cheese, and a vinaigrette.
