I ordered a new baby monitor from Amazon and paid $20 for one day shipping because we needed it asap. I ordered it within the time frame to receive today. UPS said it would be delivered before 8pm. At 7:30pm they changed the tracking status to DELAYED and it won't be out for delivery again until tomorrow.

If I complained to Amazon could anything be done about it? It was painful for me to pay the extra $$ for shipping so I'm pissed that it was useless.

I just assume they'll say "delays happen and there's nothing you can do about it" so I'm hesitant to make a big deal out of it. What do you think?
