Did anyone get a period before six weeks? LO isn't even six weeks yet and I started bleeding again. If this is my period I'm super sad.
I'm going to call the doctor but they aren't open yet.

I got a 2-3 day "period" at 5 weeks PP. LO is now 15 weeks and I haven't gotten another one (and I'm not pregnant!!!).

I talked to my OB about this and he said more than likely at that point it was still PP bleeding. I didn't get a real period until 10-11 months.

Could it still be PP bleeding? I bled for a long time! Like 8+ weeks I think? It would get light like it was going away then BAM! Just kidding!!! Then lighten up like it was going away again then TRICK YOU!! Rinse and repeat. It's frustrating!

My bleeding stopped then I had a bit more around 5 weeks for a few days then nothing more until 4 months.

@Alivoo01: I also had this. I thought my PP bleeding was done at 4 weeks, but had a few more days that were like spotting just before 6 weeks PP.

My bleeding stopped and then I got a big spot of it at 7-8 weeks. I was so bummed thinking I got my period back but it was just that one time bleeding. Fingers crossed that is what it is for you.

I didn't stop PP bleeding until 5-6 weeks and then at about 9 weeks I had a couple more days. I freaked because I thought it was my period, but nothing since then and were at 17 weeks.

My PP bleeding stopped and then started again around 5 weeks or so. Hopefully that's all it is!

I got my PP period back not long after starting on the minipill since it was so sensitive to timing. I think my PP bleeding stopped at about 4-5 weeks.

My PP bleeding had mostly stopped around 6 weeks, but then I had one last bout of spotting at 8 weeks.

I'm another one who had PP bleeding come back for a day or so after it had stopped for awhile -- around 3 or 4 weeks I believe. My real period didn't come back until 3 months postpartum and it was obvious that it was my period because I had cramping and it lasted 4 days unlike that short bleeding that came back at 3 or 4 weeks pp.

I had a C-section and was nursing and still got my period about 4-5 weeks later, then regularly after that. I was totally surprised!

My PP bleeding was on and off for the first month or so, so it may be PP bleeding. I think a call to the doc is a good idea just to double check and make sure things are ok. Keep us posted!
