I was just wondering if there were any other preggos or former preggos or not-yet-preggos who do reformer/chair/cadillac pilates? I started doing 3 sessions a week about 3 years ago when I threw out my back, and now I've dropped back to 2 sessions a week but since I've gotten pregnant I've just found it to be the BEST exercise! I am so exhausted all the time but I always feel energised coming out of the classes, and I really feel like I'm working all the right areas for the pregnancy/labour. Doesn't hurt that my instructor is also pregnant and so very informed on all the things I should be doing.
Just wondering if anyone else has had positive experiences with equipment pilates?
