I seriously just passed these up on sale at the grocery store thinking "oh we won't have anything with these soon"

Totally going to be craving the two above pics now

I love taking cheese filled weeines (I use the turkey cheddar ones). It is so easy and you don't have to mess with cheese since they are inside the weenies already.

We make pigs in a blanket with a sprinkle of garlic powder and parmesan on top!

@mrsbells: yummm how did the chocolate and peauntbutter ones come out? do you like them?

I use homemade crescent roll dough so I can add wheat in, but I like doing ranch dressing and bits of chicken, spinach, and tomato (also have done bbq sauce with chicken and onions)

I've made Sloppy Joe Casserole a few times. It's not the healthiest but it's always a hit!

2 cans regular crescent rolls
~1lb ground beef
1 can Manwich
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Can sub other cheeses/mixtures, I prefer the mixtures best)

-Preheat oven to 350/375 (whatever the temp is on the can for the crescents).

-Line a 9x13 inch pan with 1 can of the crescent rolls. You may need to press together any gaps/holes. Once oven is preheated, put pan in the oven for 5 minutes.

-While your pan is in the oven, brown your ground beef. Add manwich.

-Remove pan from oven. Pour in manwich mixture. Top with cheese. Top with 2nd can of crescent rolls.

- Bake until top crust is completely cooked and golden brown.

Ummmm....seriously, those peanut butter and chocolate chip/nutella ones look and sound fantastic! Could be that I haven't had a carb or dessert in over a month but who knows. lol

I actually never get crescents but I saw a commercial for making pizzas with them (or maybe it was biscuits?) and I thought that was a good Friday night fun dinner. I brushed the crescents with garlic and olive oil and then I filled them with cheese and spinach for me and cheese and spinach and pepperoni for my husband and I made a quick sauce for dipping. It was really fun and yummy!

I did the one where you put a scoop of nutella in the middle, roll it in cinnamon sugar and then bake it. It was AH-MAZING. I went the extra mile and dipped it in a little cream cheese icing.

@Foodnerd81: It is so good but definitely not good for you at all! You could probably use ground turkey instead and a low fat cheese to make it a little bit better. I've never tried it though.

@Mrsbells: It's absolutely delightful. If I could find a way to make it even a little healthier I'd make it today for Hubs, but as they are, I'd probably eat half of them! Maybe I shouldn't make them...

I make a chicken broccoli braid using the crescent rolls as the outside. Inside is chicken, broccoli, red bell pepper, dill, mayo, and sharp cheddar cheese baked. It's one of my fave recipes!
