Last week’s cold pizza poll made me hopeful that I wasn’t the only one that liked Hawaiian pizza! I’m curious what people’s favorite toppings are. When I can’t get Hawaiian, my second choice is the all meat type pizza or just pepperoni (I totally bloat the grease off though!).

I love pineapple on pizza, and DH is horrified that LO does too, lol.
I love everything but meat. I usually order my pizza with half cheese or no cheese, too much cheese freaks me out.

The cheapest pizza we order is usually two toppings of our choice and my favourite is Bacon and Jalapenos!

@MoonMoon: I am trying my best to get my LOs to like pineapple on their pizza! Hehe. So funny about cheese! My co-workers once told me to try extra cheese and I did and loved it! Cheesy goodness.
@Shizaz: Oh! I wasn't sure about adding Jalapenos to the poll because I never saw it on pizza before. Haha but it was on the toppings list of a random pizza place I googled to make the poll... I had room so why not... but I think right now it has the most votes! Definitely more popular than I thought it would be. edit : Haha when I completed this comment... now mushroom has the most votes!

Hawaiian - yuck!!!
I order "chicken hot" - Cajun chicken, mexican chicken, onions, green peppers, jalapenos and green chillies. Mmm!

WHO doesn't like Hawaiian pizza?! It's the best pizza ever, and everyone I know loves it! That's just crazy talk...
Hawaiian is my fave, followed by a Margherita pizza, followed by loaded up with veggies. I typically don't prefer meat on my pizza (even though I love meat in general)

@MamaBear87: Whoa! I didn't mention this before but I like adding pepperoni to my Hawaiian order! But I never took out the ham or had pineapple by itself!! I'll have to try it!!

I'm okay with the pineapple part of Hawaiian but not a fan of the ham...
Authentic margherita (with real basil!) is my *favorite*, but I also like broccoli on my pizza or green olives when they are available.
For standard pizza places when ordering with other people we usually get pepperoni and mushroom, but I would prefer to order mushroom and green pepper.

I really like pineapple and pepperoni!
I'm pretty restless about pizza. I like plain cheese, pepperoni, mushroom, mushroom and spinach, pizzas with white sauce (like an alfredo or garlic parmesan) with spinach, chicken, mushrooms, sometimes tomatoes...
And buffalo chicken pizza. I LOVE buffalo chicken pizza!
We have a few local places that make a French fry pizza...mozz cheese, bacon, French fries and ranch dressing!

If I can only get 1 topping, I always go with mushroom. We also do a lot of pepperoni or Hawaiian. But if I'm at a real restaurant or making my pizza I like to go for interesting toppings like the Thai pizza at Mellow Mushroom!

I love mushrooms also but almost never get them because dh hates them with a passion. And even on half the flavor kind of wanders over

@peachykeen: Haha interesting it seems 3 people so far don't like the ham in the Hawaiian pizza... I always thought the problem was the pineapple! Learn something new each day.
@lovehoneybee: French fry pizza!!! Also I was thinking of adding if you like different sauces in the poll but that got to be a monster so I just stuck with a toppings poll. Haha maybe some other day.

My favorite so far has a slick of tomato sauce, prosciutto, parmasean shavings and then some arugula added after cooking. If they added artichokes it would be perfect.

Ground beef, which isn't usually a premium topping, so I didn't vote for that one. I much prefer ground beef over sausage!

I think a lot of toppings are regional. I've had Hawaiian pizza and like it, but don't know anyone who orders it regularly.
My personal favorite is arugula and prosciutto. Sausage and broccoli rabe is yummy too (these are toppings on a cheese and sauce pie.

I usually like garbage pizza veggies and meat
there is one specialty shop that has the best almost filo dough like crust (no tomato sauce on these) then one kind has:
sliced pears, blue cheese, smoked bacon, mozzarella and finished with honey (sounds so weird, but so good)
or
basil pesto, artichoke hearts, eggplant, goat cheese, caramelized onions, mozzarella

@DillonLion: Oh ground beef and steak were preumium toppings at the pizza place near me... so I just combined it by saying "beef" Funny!

Lately we have been eating pesto pizza - it's the only way LO will eat it!
ETA: growing up my sister and I always ordered pineapple and eggplant. I would still get that if anyone else would eat it with me.

@lovehoneybee: they also have bacon wrapped dates and terrific martinis (its soo $$$ though so it's a really special day to go there)

I tend to like white pizzas, like chicken alfredo or chicken bacon ranch.
But one of our faves is pepperoni, mushroom, hamburg, and onion. Yum!

I love so many different kinds. I get totally get down with a classic pepperoni, but I also love to mix it up with different bases (white sauce, no sauce just a little olive oil and garlic, pesto, bbq mixed into the red, etc.)
Tonight we’re having one of my favorites: Hawaiian with sriracha and jalapenos. Swirl sriracha into the red sauce base, cheese, ham, pineapple and then about half way through cooking add plenty of sliced thin jalapeno rings. (Half way through so they don’t get burned to a crisp and ruined in the oven)
We do a Greek pizza often: pesto, cheese, spinach, broccoli, feta cheese, greek olives (put spinach and broccoli under the cheeses so they don’t burn)
Love combination pizzas. Love a super simple margherita pizza when done right. Love arugula or cold pear slices put on pizza after it comes out.
Alfredo, onion, cheese and shrimp is also excellent.
Admission: I am the first (and only!) vote so far for anchovies. 
They are awesome on pizza and pasta. Not a fishy flavor, they add saltyness and a sort of “ocean” taste.

When I do two topping pizzas, I order pineapple and olives. I like the contrast of flavors. I'm a huge Hawaiian pizza fan in general.

when we order fast food pizza I like anchovies, mushrooms, and olives.
But really I love fancy restaurant pizzas with more interesting ingredients. I think my favorite is pear, walnut, and Gorgonzola..
Hawaiian pizza has two things I will never eat: pineapple and meat/ham.

My ultimate fave is an artisan thin crust with prosciutto, banana peppers, roasted red peppers then topped with arugula.
But straight up down and dirty, my fave is a mushroom and pepperoni
Breakfast pizza is also big here!

@Raindrop: never heard of it! But we also don't do pizza chains. I'm from NYC and now live in local pizzeria haven as well.
