They have sesame street characters on them, just on the front.

Earth's Best is plain white with the exception of where the fasteners are. I have not seen plain white Pampers.

For swaddlers the design is only on the tab part. I think swaddlers sensitive might be plain though.

Swadders Sensitive (Pampers) doesn't have as much of a design as some of the other brands, and it's more soft, light colors vs. brighter colors. It's just a band at the top of the diaper, across the front.

Honest Company has some plain white ones. Von's Mom to Mom (store brand, I think) are all white except a bit of design on the top rom waistband.

Whole foods and honest have plain white. Bambo Nature has a band at the top like many other brands. Unlike other brands though, it is not licensed characters in the band. They have animals; giraffe, zebra, cat, turtle, monkey, alligator... My toddler loves to see which animal he is going to get and we can talk about the animal and the color of the animal. I also find them to be a lot more absorbent than honest or whole foods, but still eart and skin friendly.
