We were going to have salmon but then I realized I may want something quicker than that before the kiddos start banging on the door. So, still not sure...

French dip sandwiches! The meat will be cooking in the slow cooker all day so we just have to put the sandwiches together when we get home after work.

The place we are going has a Halloween party and hte local legion has hot dogs, chips, and cookies for all the kids and parents. (Got ot love small towns) so that's waht we are having. Chili was originally on the menu, so that was moved up to tonight before we go to Boo at the Zoo (if the weather gets better!)

I read that there are lots of restaurants offering discounts or kids-eat-free specials because it is such a slow night.
We are trick-or-treating with our nephew, so we will probably just eat leftovers and lots and lots of candy.

We are going to my grandmas and my uncles typically grill something easy like hot dogs and we eat appetizers. So not exactly sure yet!

Beef stew! I usually make either chicken curry or beef stew on Halloween day. It's easy to throw together, and I can be hands on with LO during typical dinner time prep.
