I know I am overreacting but I feel like I need some encouragement. Short backstory. I was heavy as a teenager and worked my butt off to get in shape in college and after. In the year I was trying to get pregnant/off birth control and subsequently diagnosed with pcos, i gained 25 lbs and i was absolutely devastated. I'm no fitness model but staying in shape is extremely important to me.
After making the decision to adopt, i've been back on birth control and feeling awesome. In the last few weeks, i've been fine tuning my diet and working out 4-5 mornings a week. This week, i was excited to update my weight and take progress photos and measurements.
But since Monday, i've had lower abdominal pain which i suspect are ovarian cysts. I go to the doctor tomorrow. Not only am i feeling down from missing all my workouts so far this week, but i fear they will tell me i have to take time off. I know i am being crazy but i finally feel like i've finally gotten this time and energy to work on myself and i'm just hitting another brick wall.
