I would just like the ttc karma gods to notice, I'm at one job until about 530 and have to leave the house about 630 to begin my overnight shift at my other job but I'M GOING HOME TO TRY TO DTD BETWEEN THE TWO.

@raspberries: I'm sorry. Fingers crossed for an early Christmas present!
@MoonMoon: Such commitment, standing ov(ul)ation!

i had a dream about @Kaohinani: last night, she decided to do ivf this month and was waiting to poas. Maybe she will pop back in and surprise us?

@paranundrum:
I miss @Kaohinani: too, though I totally understand needing to step back at times...

I also miss @Kaohinani
Question to everyone please!
I'm 8dpo today. Anyone cervix position expert? is it even reliable? Mine is very high and closed. Curious if that means anything. Baby dust to all!
pomegranate / 3904 posts
@LiliBillie: I am definitely no expert with cervical position, but I think I remember itβs a good sign?
nectarine / 2648 posts
@LiliBillie: Iβm zero help on the cervical position stuff π€·ββοΈ can barely tell EWCM from any other type either. Never been in sync with mine. But I bet @Kaohinani would know.
nectarine / 2288 posts
@LiliBillie: delurking.. cervix position is super individual. If you don't track it regularly there's really no way to know if it is different than usual.
I kinda tracked mine and it was pretty much the same every month, no different the month I was preggo. It will eventually be high and closed but it differs when that happens
persimmon / 1390 posts
@LiliBillie: Unless youβve been tracking it, it really isnβt a great indicator. Your cervix is eventually supposed to be high and closed during pregnancy, but that can happen 12 dpo or 12 weeks after ovulation. I started checking my cervix more frequently and discovered the only thing that was the same every month was around ovulation and then mid-day on the days before my period. If I check it in the morning, itβs always high and closed.
So, if youβve been tracking and this is new for you, it could be a good sign! By this time though you can probably POAS right?

Ultrasound success! One baby measuring exact dates 6w0d and with a strong heartbeat!!!
Thank you ladies for all the positive thoughts

@Becky: I started POAS but I think I'm only 8 or 9 dpo;
I got a OPK on the 13th of October then 14th and then a regular circle ( no smiley) on the 15th- does that mean I ovulated the 15th?
clementine / 811 posts
@LiliBillie: Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think one usually ovulates about 24-36 hours after the first positive OPK, so the 14-15th sounds about right.

Omg you guys!!! 9dpo today and was feeling so depressed after BFN this AM.
I am so praying this is it! No matter the outcome this is my last try please let it stick

@LAZB: @yellowbeach: @bhbee: ahh thanks ladies! I know my odds are low but have to be hopeful !! I want to add to the good news

I ovulated today - yay! But it's CD18... If I have a chance at succeeding, my cycle has to be a few days longer than it's been, to allow me to POAS Nov 9. Wish me luck, HB!

After my CP last month I'm officially back! As long as my lining check on 10/30 is good, I'm currently scheduled for a transfer on 11/6!
clementine / 950 posts
@MoonMoon: @Marfi: good luck ladies!!!
@Marfi: did you change your protocol at all for this transfer??
@skiierchck99: Thx!! Saw your good news on the other thread so exciting!!!!!

My tests are not getting much darker so Iβm pretty sure itβs another chemical for me... tomorrow I think Iβll be able to say for sure.
clementine / 950 posts
@yellowbeach: @bhbee: Iβm confused now. I know Iβve gone a little overboard with the testing but when I did FMU this morning it looks more consistent with my chemicals. Then out of desperation I did another one with SMU and now it looks a little darker. Hoping I still have a chance

@fuzzypeaches: how many DPO are you? This looks like progression to me...
kiwi / 518 posts
@fuzzypeaches: donβt count yourself out! You canβt worry it into existing or not existing so try to distract yourself tonight and test again tomorrow!
nectarine / 2431 posts
@fuzzypeaches: I think that looks like a beautiful progression!!
clementine / 950 posts
@skiierchck99: @crazydoglady: thanks for the reassurance, I am driving myself nuts. The first one I took this morning (the third one down) made me feel like it was all over. I think I have chemical preg trauma honestly. Iβm hoping to get a beta tomorrow so I can stop guessing!
clementine / 794 posts
@fuzzypeaches: we did not change my protocol since I did get a positive (and the embryos arenβt tested) so itβs possible it was just an abnormal embryo.
