So I'm almost 6 weeks postpartum. I'm ready to get in shape. I know itll be a long journey. My body is sooooo out of shape csuse I've been pregnant back to back for almost 4 years. I've gained a lot of weight and my stomach muscles are bad and I'm pretty sure I have a bad case of diastasis recti.
Anyway I have in the past tried to wat super healthy and lose weight but my discipline is garbage. I get burnt out easily and it's hard to stay focused and complete stuff for me. Any tips on weight loss/ getting in shape and staying motivated and disciplined.
and bringing back my tummy pre pregnancy. Also, has helped with my posture and just pulling everything together.
There's a bike path along commuter rail tracks and usually a train or two speed by, which he adores. And then a nature preserve where we can spot some gophers, etc (he thinks they are bunnies, his all time favorite animal, I don't need to correct him
