I always hear people rave about Inside Out - it was cute and all but I wouldn't watch it again.

Frozen. I don't understand why it's so popular. The storyline isn't great. Thankfully my LOs aren't fans, but my nieces love it.

@lawbee11: I haven't even seen that one but hear about it all the time!

Frozen too! It was cute, but I def love other Disney/Pixar stuff way more.

The best exotic marigold hotel. Actually anything with Judy Dench. She is too snooty for me.

Agree on Inside Out. And I *hated* the English Patient.
Also I didn't find the new Star Wars to be all that great.

@lawbee11: PB is an acquired taste!
@Mamaof2: @JoJoGirl: Inside Out was okay . . . but I think it's way too mature for little kids.
The Godfather series . . . I always fall asleep watching it.

@JoJoGirl: oh man, I LOVED that movie when it came out. I was in HS and thought that Sikh guy was the hottest ever. haha

American Hustle. I love Jennifer Lawrence, but that movie just didn't do it for me despite all the rave reviews.

@ms.line: Agreed. Hated Birdman.
I haven't seen the original Star Wars since I was like, 8. And I have no intention of watching it, or any of the others lol
I also didn't like Silver Linings Playbook. Blech.

@ms.line: i rarely turn off movies because i usually think they will redeem themselves, but i turned that off and haven't had any desire to try to watch it again.

@BadgerMom: agree with American Hustle. DH actually bought it because it was sold out on redbox for so long and we both heard it was SO great. Nope. It was bad...just bad.

@catlady: I can appreciate the original trilogy for the special effects in the time it was made. Not that I go back and watch them by choice... I, however, cannot stand the "newer" trilogy (Episodes 1, 2, and 3). Well, TBH, I never made it past Episode 1,
@ms.line: Ugh, DH loved this movie so he begged me to watch it with him. I even tried a second time. No, just no.
@BadgerMom: 100% agree! I even fell asleep in the theater during this one!

The Revenant. I know Leo will probably get the Oscar finally but it was too long, super tedious, and the story was only kind if interesting. I also think Tom Hardy should be the one getting a statue, not Leo. Well really neither of them cause the movie was crap but the talk should be about his performance, not Leo.

@pinkcupcake: I couldn't get into Lord of the Rings. Maybe 30 years from now I'll watch it again and see if I like it. It is a pity because I love New Zealand.

@bloved: I wanted to like Silver Linings Playbook so bad. DH and I both read the book and he loved it and the movie. I was just...meh.
I felt like I missed the point? It was a cute story but didn't strike me as very deep. Maybe I'm not a deep person. Lol
Also I love the music from Frozen but it's not a favorite Disney movie for me. The story line was kind of dull. I did love Inside Out though!

We just saw Joy and we both walked out like, "huh?". I love Jennifer Lawrence but the movie just wasn't that good. I'm disappointed that we wasted a date afternoon on it! I also didn't like American Hustle but did really like Silver Linings Playbook.
Also, Knocked Up. I hated that movie.
