Did anyone test positive during pregnancy? I am kind of freaking out that my test was inconclusive and sent for someone else to look at it, apparently it is possibly positive. I am RH negative and had a Rhogam shot after my first baby was born (he is positive). Now I'm 28 weeks and tested positive on my Coombs, after testing negative a few months ago.
Nervous and going to see my OB today.

Did you already get the rhogam shot this time around? My tests turned positive after I got the shot at 27weeks.

No, I only got it after my baby was born, in late Dec. 2010. I was tested a couple months ago and I was negative so I was like, "yeah, no shot!" and my doctor didn't mention anything about my needing the shot. CRAP.

I don't think my doc did the Coombs test. I'm just supposed to get the RhoGAM shot at 28 weeks and then after delivery.

@Chastenet: She offered me the option to retake the test at a different lab so I did that and should have the results this evening. She seemed very skeptical that I could be positive since I haven't had any significant bleeding during my pregnancy and I was negative a few months ago. But, I am worried and had two nightmares last night that it was positive and my baby had a lot of problems

Yesterday's test came up negative, yay! My doctor said still we will wait for the definitive results of the first test and possibly retest in a couple weeks if needed. Thanks for caring
