I've been wearing some ginormous disposable panties( from my farewell bag from hospital) with postpartum pads but they are uncomfy. I sent DH to Target for some Hanes and Fruit of the Loom high cut packs but the elastic really irritates my post surgery bloated belly.
Does anyone have any recommendations for underwear!?

I wore regular Gap ones in a size larger than I usually wear. I think they were the 'favorites'. They don't stay up well but they didn't irritate my scar or belly.

I just wore my regular Hanky Panky ones since they sat below the incision. Beyond that I didn't wear pants for awhile. It's the waistband of them that really got to me.

I made 2 small cuts in the elastic waistband (one on each side) of the Hanes granny panties I wore post c-section. It made the elastic less irritating, but they still stayed up.

i wore my regular gap underwear (low rise) in a larger size too after my c section.

Once I was done with teh disposable ones, I also wore my Hanky Panky ones. The lace top is SUPER stretchy and it sat below my incision or right on it (which didnt hurt bc they werent tight at all.)
