Anyone get any? My whole left arm (the arm I use to carry and feed the babies) is so sore and numb. I need constant massages.... Right is much better but may be on its way to feeling the same....
Any tips?

No tips here, but I know exactly what you mean. My entire left arm was that way (still is!). I would just get hubs to massage on it hard.

Try switching arms when you feed and hold? I would keep the arm warm and keep massaging!
If the numbness doesn't go away I would look into acupuncture. It might be a circulation issue..?
Hope you're doing well and have lots of help! I can't imagine how tired you must be!!

Are you able to switch arms so that one side doesn't get so numb? I used to always only carry LO on my right side until it became very painful so now I switch it up.

Thx ladies...yeah I'm trying to switch it up now, which is why I think the right is on its way....plus, I do use both to feed when i feed them both at the same time. I'm perfecting the football hold lol.
acupuncture sounds really good. My mom is going to ask her acupuncture friend what I can do...

I didn't have that. Just wanted to say that I hope you figure it out and feel better so you can spend all your time consentrating on taking care of your sweet new LO's!
