Going to register our new vehicle tomorrow. I'm hoping my LO's flirtatious smile will make the officer workers' really nice to me
And then a 1st birthday party for his little buddy...which is interesting, because this little guy was supposed to be born the same week as my LO (in December), but came way early!

I am just at work. Going apple picking and having an end of summer bbq at our place after. I guess I'm in my nesting mode, I don't feel like entertaining lol but it's an annual tradition for our friends!

Not sure what plans are this weekend, I think DH and I might go apple picking!
This morning is going alright, I woke up thinking it was Wednesday! hahah So I'm happy that it's already Thursday

@Tanjowen: that is very early! I hope that he's doing well, health-wise. Very scary for Mom and Dad... Our LO was not scary early (born at 33w5d), but it was still a roller coaster for the couple of weeks he was in the NICU. I can only imagine with one that early. Hooray for turning 1!
Good morning! I'm hoping to hear from my dr's office regarding my CD3 blood work today.
This weekend we have absolutely nothing planned, and I am so excited about it! We've been doing too much lately, so it will feel wonderful to not set an alarm and do whatever we feel like doing each day. I'm hoping to get a little time to read my book (re-reading Discovery of Witches, the 1st book in the All Souls Trilogy) in the sun by the pool on Sunday afternoon while LO is napping

@snowjewelz: @ballerinabee: @snowjewelz: Yeah, the poor little guy was way early. He was in NICU until almost December, but is doing really well now. He still has some GI issues and wound up in the hospital off and on the first few months home, but the past 3 months have been great! His mom says she gets frustrated because people hear he is a year old and think he's so far behind developmentally, but he's actually right on target when you take into account his due date. He and my LO are buddies and really cute together!
And I want to go apple picking! We've never been, but I know there is a lot of apple orchards up in North Georgia. I should check it out this Fall.

We are recovering from HFM, hopefully DS will be feeling better enough to do something fun this weekend! I'm thinking anything involving apple cider donuts would work for me

Hey! Not much going on right now, A is at her aunts so I'm just hanging out with E but she's napping. DH won free movie tickets so we are going on a free date night tonight, very much needed. We never go out!

Well I made it to 9 weeks of pregnancy before throwing up....I had an intense re-encounter with a banana this morning, poor LO is running fever from her 12 month shots yesterday &it's raining hard here with flash flood warnings...but i actually feel relaxed & happy in general today. So while it all sounds bad, we'll make it through!

I'm sitting on the couch watching J nap in his swing and enjoying the first break i get from him today, covered in spit up but too tired to change or to shower. and trying to give my doggies some much deserved one on one attention! This weekend my sister and her bf are visiting the baby so looking forward to it! (and some help from them too haha)

@Tanjowen: We go up to North Georgia for apple picking every year! Our favorite place is Mercier Orchards. It is in the North Georgia Mountains near Blue Ridge.

@mrsjyw: Happy Anniversary! We have had great weather. Rain every day but at night. Only one day we had to come in early, at 3. Tomorrow is supposed to rain all day which stinks it is our last day. I hope the weather is great for y'all!!

Birthday party madness on Saturday. In the early afternoon my friend is having a combo birthday party for her LOs (love her for combining them!) and what started as just dinner with my mom and sister has turned into a joint birthday celebration (after the birthday party) for me, my SIL and mom!
