Hey!! My first postathon in a long time!! Just finished with bedtimes, and now Wagon Sr. is eating dinner (I ate with Wagon Jr.) and I just finished washing dishes, bottles, and pump parts.

Hey all,
We just had our living/dining area painted. We picked a gray colour which has been an awful process (too blue, too green, too purple, too what the heck is this colour!?) When I finally found the "perfect" gray... I now see a hint of blue in it
womp womp... dont get me wrong.. it looks a lot better.. but I swear it changes hues right before my eyes. ramble.ramble.

@banana: Argh I had 7 samples on my wall until we finally decided on this one:
but we had to get it made in BEHR .. I think that is where the tint came from... but I am also looking for it (because it was my painting paranoia).. and by looking for it.. even my dog is starting to look a little blue.. *shifty eye*

@REESE: LOL @ the dog looking blue! We chose a soft gray from Ralph Lauren and at times, depending on how the sun hits the walls, it looks gray and at times it looks more beigish/gray.

Hi all! Its friday afternoon here, just got LO down for a nap - hasn't worked yet though! Having one of those days where nothing is going right argh! But having a party tomorrow night, so hopefully my mood gets uplifted soon.

@banana: That was what I wanted .. more of a beigish/gray .. The painter we hired only worked with Behr paint though.The kitchen is a light beige so I wanted it to contrast a bit but not too much (we have cut outs in the walls so its open concept-ish). I will give it a few months. If it still irks me we will get it painted again.

@REESE: I love our beigish/grayish walls cause it matches with everything we already own, which is mainly white and dark brown furniture. Our bathrooms are beige/cream so we didn't want to clash our walls with the bathroom walls too! That's the good thing about paint. You can always repaint!!

I totally crapped out on the postathon last night, I was so tired!
Catching up now -
I missed it. Baby slept from 10pm-12:30am, then a long stretch to 5am. I slept the same, so I totally missed out on it.
