And so, I would love a recommendation for a belly wrap and/or an exercise DVD, book, or class. I am having a hard time getting my lower abdominal strength back (after C-section) and it is so frustrating! What helped you?

I can lower them maybe 10-15 degrees before they come crashing down or create pain in my lower back. This and the on-the-roller-full-sit-ups in pilates I am completely incapable of doing anymore.
