anyone had any recommendations on any prenatal dvds that worked for you? any to stay away from?

I didn't do yoga pre-pregnancy, so I went with the very beginner one. It'd probably be too easy for you if you did yoga before, but I've found it helpful. It's mostly fairly easy stretching, which at this point is great, and I sleep better when I do it.

It's ok, maybe just a little short so I will pause and do some sections for longer. I like that there is also a post baby workout option but haven't watched that yet. I definitely prefer my yoga class to the video but it's better than nothing.
