Since finding out I was pregnant I've been really un-active.... I was really active and was doing Insanity (an intense workout program) . It's way too hard to do because I get really tired doing it... So that being said I really want to start doing some more pregnancy friendly workouts.....

I was thinking about doing prenatal yoga?

Any one have any good suggestions on any workout videos?
Or recommend and gym classes geared toward pregnant women?
