So I have been incredibly lazy about exercising this pregnancy, but I decided since i am getting achy and such with the third trimester I would start some prenatal yoga at home. I tried this video this morning and while it was incredibly easy, it actually felt great! Thought I would share for all the other mommas out there It was only 10 minutes, so easy to fit into my morning! This one said it was geared for the 1st trimester, but I liked it anyway. There are 3 more episodes by the same group too, so I am going to try those next.
