Has anyone ever had problems with getting orders delivered from Pottery Barn Kids? Or is my situation (below) a total anomaly? They seem like they SHOULD be such a reputable company!
We've been experiencing the biggest delivery snafu/headache with them I've ever had with any company! They've attempted to deliver a changing table to us now twice, but keep bringing the wrong one. Apparently they have the mix-up figured out now: the wrong item number is listed with the wrong furniture, so the changing table we ordered somehow has a different number online than in their system. What does NOT help is that the two items have the same name--seriously, it's idiotic! They look very different but are two versions of changing tables in the same series (PSA: avoid ordering any Madison changing tables from them--too confusing!!)
Before all this mess, we'd also ordered a crib from them (just came off back order so we're expecting it soon too...). And we registered with them, though for smaller things that would come regular shipping rather than via this in-home delivery service that I'm becoming all too familiar with...But now that this has been such a hassle, I'm worried if they are always like this.
I'd love to hear about any experiences with them, good or bad!
