My pumping output has been way up the past few days. LO is just starting antibiotics for pneumonia and is pretty congested. Does my increase in pump output mean she's hardly eating? Is this common? Worrisome?

I just pumped 8oz and my PR was 4! Last night at 10pm I pumped 6oz and I usually get 2 at that session.

LO had her first bottle this week from DH this morning but her consumption doesn't tell me much because she never really takes her first bottle after a long boob-only stretch.
