Last year I didn't get any pumpkin beer since I was pregnant. This year I already purchased a six pack of Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale with great excitement. Who cares if it will take me quite a while to finish since I'm a lightweight post-pregnancy 
Anyone have any favorites? I plan on trying out lots this season to make up for last year!

Omg I was pregnant too and so missed it! I had no idea Smuttynose had one, that's officially on my list to try. So far Shipyard is my go-to.

@meredithNYC: Yeah, my husband is from Rochester, and he introduced me to it. I haven't found a variety of it I don't like yet, but the Pumpkin Ale is one of my favorites.

@FutureMrsMcK: Is Saranac's pumpkin out in 12s or just in their taster packs? Where we are now I only see Saranac tasters available

There is a local brewery that makes a delicious pumpkin ale. Yum! We are moving, so this is my last year to enjoy it!

Southern Tier Pumpking is pretty good (and a little sweet). Usually served with a cinnamon sugar rim. I am really sad to be missing fall/winter beers this year!!
