It's time to get some new bras, but I'd like to find some comfortable ones that also give me a little lift. (not talking porn star lift, just enough to make it look they aren't deflated balloons)
FWIW - I'm a c/d
Any recs?

I always love the VS Very Sexy bras, and recently discovered VS PINK Pushup bras...The PINK ones are like 2/$42 which is practically Target priced!

I recommend getting fitted at Nordstrom. I really liked the Chantelle ones they recommended a lot more than the VS ones I've tried in the past. But since everyone is differently shaped, YMMV!

For cheapie everyday under tees type wear, I really like http://www.target.com/p/self-expressions-by-maidenform-women-s-heaven-sent-push-up-bra-assorted-colors/-/A-13863424

I have always loved Victoria's Secret Very Sexy push up. I think they have a semi-annual sale coming up in June. I also think the Pink one's are pretty good just like @princessbaby
I have worn these bra's since I worked there in college. Love them!!!!

I wore VS Very Sexy for a while, but I had issues with the center ripping. I wear VS Body by Victoria now. Super soft and comfy because they're memory foam and microfiber.

I'm also a fan of VS's Very Sexy push-up! But my new favorite is from Frederick's of Hollywood - the Embroidered Liquid Lift Balconette Bra: http://www.fredericks.com/Embroidered_Liquid_Lift_Balconette_Bra/51386,default,pd.html?cgid=br12&

I'm going to differ and say I'm not such a fan of VS bras-- to me they are usually *too* padded and combined with the push up, it takes it into porn star territory if I'm not careful. So, I have a couple that I would wear with certain shirts or for special occasions, but for something that would lift and push them up without filling them out a lot (and with a C/D, I'm assuming you don't want a ton of padding?) they were too much.
I'm a fan of Gap Body bras, and they have some push up ones that are more lined that padded that I really like. I thought they gave a nice shape and a bit of cleavage without getting crazy. I was a smallish C before pregnancy, though, it's possible you want more support if you are more like a D?

@Foodnerd81:@BabyBoecksMom: The VS Dream Angels Demi is lightly lined with minimal padding . . . it also keeps the ladies front and center (which is great for button downs!). It's my every day go-to bra for work! Just a little sexy . . . !
ETA: I am a small(ish) D (32D), FWIW.

@MsLipGloss: Oh good to know! I've actually gone into the store and specifically asked for bras that weren't really padded and the sales lady was like... well there are the plain cotton ones... No help.

@Foodnerd81: LOL! Because I have a hard time keeping all the bras straight, the last time I went in the sales associate gave me this little pink card that lists all the bra types, and then put check marks by the ones that fit me best (*ahem* made my ladies look the finest, yo!) and the size for each. For example, I wear a 32D in Dream Angels Demi, but for the BioFit Uplift Demi (can you tell I love me a demi!?!) I wear a 32DD (because there is some padding in the cup so there is less room in the cup for boobage).
