If you wear scrubs for work and then pick up LO what do u do about your clothes? LO started daycare today and I want to give him snuggles when I get there but I'm not rubbing him against my germy clothes from being in a hospital all day touching patients. My undershirts aren't really for public viewing. I thought about keeping an extra tshirt in my car to change. Or i could wait till we get home to really touch him too much. What do you do?

I always change into a t-shirt right before I leave, but keep my scrub pants on.

@looch: I so strip down right in the middle of our locker room...lol
I usually throw a fleece over top unless it is summer and then I take my top off and wear my scrub pants with whatever I have underneath. I usually wear a couple of layers for this purpose.

I think I'll start bringing tshirts to change into before I leave.
@looch: lol no. I'm an xray tech and we don't change at work. Some people do, like those that work in the operating room and are supposed to be sterile. But most people I know, don't.

I don't wear scrubs but my husband does and he keeps a fresh shirt in his car.

I wear a long sleeved t shirt underneath my scrub top and then pull off my scrub top and put on a fresh t shirt over the top of the long sleeve. Clean and baby ready!

I always wear a tank under my scrubs and usually dh picks up LO. I rip my scrub top off as soon as I get home!

@looch: everything on Grey's is just like it is in the real hospitals. Duh. They can't put it in tv if its not true ;;))
Wen my husband did wear scrubs I used to RUN and hide from him in those nasty things. I'd def change at work before pickin up LO

I wear a lab coat over my scrub top and wear a tshirt underneath.
