Anyone have this? How is it?
I am going to add to R's Christmas list. I think by Christmas, 21 months she will be able, if not close, to peddling? Or no?

I was looking into this for her birthday and decided to just get a 3-1. So it still has the push handle but none of the other fancy stuff.
She's 27m and still can't pedal!

We have it! DH got it for lil B for Christmas (I was as surprised as lil B to see it under the tree!) He loves it- he loves to go for walks with us pushing him! He hasn't figured out the peddles yet- but I think he would soon!
ETA: The only thing I don't like is the shade cover- its pretty lame!

@locavore_mama: what's the difference with the 3-1 and 4-1?

I got it for my LO when she was 16 months. It was great because I could push her along. She's 2 now and can't pedal yet ... but she rests her feet on the pedals so they don't constantly bang into her feet while I'm pushing her. The challenge is that she wants to "drive" and is constantly turning the handle bars which makes navigating a little hard. But all in all, it's a great bike. Sometimes she just doesn't want to be in a stroller and if I know we're going to go somewhere and I don't need to nap her ... I'll bring this along. It's bulky, but I'm 5-2 and can pick this up with one hand.

@Smurfette: I think the 4-1 usually has the shade and a seat belt. The one I got M has no seat belt or shade but does have the parent push handle as well and a bucket in the back.

The second one is the one I got M. It was like $50ish when I bought it.

We have it and LO loves it!! She is always asking to go outside with it. I think it will be a while before she could pedal (she's 19 months now) since her legs aren't long enough to rest on the pedals yet, but we'll see. She is perfectly content with her feet on the foot rests though!

@locavore_mama: I don't see a 3-1 on amazon. Where did you get it?

@Smurfette: It's called the steer and stroll. It's cheaper on Target right now! Amaon has it as well http://amzn.com/B006LMZJY8

@locavore_mama: Thanks. I am telling the IL's to get it for her. So they won't ask for suggestions until December anyway.

My SIL found one at a garage sale for DS and he likes it. The problem is that he has long legs but they're not long enough for the pedals. When we take a walk with it, his feet will drag on the ground. I also need to look into it as I think the pedals don't work. But I guess that's what you get when you buy a used toy.

We have it. DS is on the taller side and cant peddle yet at 20 months. He reaches the pedal, but still too short when it moves. We use it for our walks and he loves it

We have the 3 in 1 we found at a garage sale (best buy yet!) and she loves it. It has a handle to push, at 22 months she can't quite reach the pedals but she's close!

@Smurfette: I totally think you could ge the 3 in 1 vs 4 in 1- we don't really like the sunshade as it doenst work well- and the buckles were good when lil B was tiny and went in it- but now he HATES when I put them on! (I am THAT crazy parent that makes him wear a helmet....)

@cheert16: Thanks! I will tell them the 3 in 1 then. You are right, R wouldn't like the straps.

We have the 4 in 1 I think? I like it. My LO is about 14 months old so he doesn't fully "get" it but it will be fun to grow into. I have heard through the grapevine that sometimes it is frustrating to push them b/c they can turn the handle and lock the wheels, but that hasn't been an issue for us yet.

We have a pink 4 in 1 for R. She's only used it once so far but I think she liked it.
