The past 3 days, D (2.5yo) has been randomly breaking out in a rash. It's usually all over his back, butt, and thighs, plus a little on his belly and upper arms. It's just little red bumps. Barely raised. No pattern at all. We noticed it Thursday night at bathtime, but the next morning it was gone. He had it again last night, but then it was gone. And I just noticed it again this afternoon.

He isn't complaining about being itchy. He doesn't have a fever or any other symptom. He often gets a rash when he's getting over a virus, but he has not any symptoms of being sick at all.

If it keeps happening, I'm going to call the pediatrician on Monday, but just thought I'd ask if anyone else had ever experienced something like this?
