Cons: When rear-facing it creates a big blind spot out the back side window. Getting the cover off to wash it can be a challenge.

Pros: My son has liked it from the first time we switched him to it from his infant seat. We liked it enough we bought a second one for my husband's truck. It is easy to adjust as your baby grows.

Yeah, it's huge. That's my only complaint- it's hard to see over it when I'm changing lanes and need to check my blind spot.
And the plus, as others have mentioned, is that it's very easy to adjust.
LO has never objected to any carseat, so I'm not sure how it compares in terms of comfort.
