I have a cheap $10 Asian market one but it can never get sharp enough. Even when I've gotten it professionally sharpened. My FIL used my Shun vegetable cleaver and chipped it. Hoping it can be salvaged or warrantied. The Shun meat cleaver has mixed reviews, but some negative ones make me hesitate getting it.
Any recommendations for a great meat cleaver, that my ILs can use to pulverize and chop chicken and ribs?
