Most intense one I've found, so good for running. A huge pain to put on so would be good to sleep in.

They work for my G-cups on the treadmill, and the second one, in particular, is comfortable enough that it has become my go-to weekend bra. I wouldn't sleep in them, but I wouldn't sleep in any bra . . .
