I'm on the search for a good creme brulee torch with a child safety lock. There's so many options on Amazon that are similar so I'm not sure which one to go for.
Please recommend your kitchen torch that you love. Easy refill is a bonus also!

I bought one years ago from Sur la Table--this was pre-Amazon days. You don't need anything fancy, just the torch part, haha.
I used it mainly for the merengue on the La Duni Cuatro Leches recipe (I have a Dallas restaurants cook book) that I used to make for all holidays.

@Anagram: Okay! I'll just grab one that has the most positive reviews then. I got intimidated since some were mentioned they were gas guzzlers while others were a PIA to refill, etc. Thanks!
