There are 23 other kids in my son's Kindergarten, and I run into a lot of them every day at dropoff and/or pickup. For most of them though, I don't know their names - only the names of their kid!

I recently spent 4-5 hours with the parent of one of my son's closest friends, and I had no idea what her name was (beyond S's mom). I felt kind of bad but around hour three, I realized that she didn't know my name either! So I guess I'm not the only one with this problem...
