There are three ice cream places in our town: DQ, Baskin Robbins and Rita's. I will go to BR most of the time but every once in a while, I crave a dipped cone.
Which do you prefer?

Regular ice cream for sure. But down south we have sweet cece's which is all different flavors of fro yo and then you mix in your own toppings (everything from candy to cereal to fresh fruit to hot fudge) and pay by weight. Delicious!!

ohhhhhh my GODDDD I love Rita's. Never had it til my parents moved to PA 3 years ago. Now when we visit Wagon Sr. and I sneak out every night to get Rita's gelato. We usually bring one back for my parents and they kind of laugh at us but always finish theirs!

I craved snowballs when I was pregnant big time. I tried a Ritas to replace the snowball and it was sooo disappointing. So while I liked Ritas before pregnancy I can't handle it now. I haven't had DQ or baskin robbins in like 10 years so I don't know. We have a local creamery so we just get their ice cream. I do love dipped fro yo though.

We have a local place that is awesome! It will be one of my first post-baby stops (on the way home).

Lately Rita's. I like the ones with the layer of ice, then gelato, then ice, then topped with gelato--a Blendini, maybe? So yummy.

Out of these 3, DQ. I love soft serve cones and Pecan Parfaits. But Yogurtland and Thrifty ice cream own me.

It would be a three way tie between Maggie moos, coldstone or Rita's.

@Maysprout: oh man, it has been so log since I've had a snow cone. I want one now, with marshmallow fluff on it.

I LOVED BR until they did away with the Daiquiri ice flavor. Now I'm a DQ girl for splurging but usually just buy regular ice cream at the grocery store.

Like @artbee, I love a good fro yo. I also have a soft spot for Braum's soft serve or McDonald's ice cream cone.

Mmm, I haven't had DQ in ages!! Yum...
But another vote for froyo here!

We have a little ice cream shack that is right by a big park, that is my favorite it's called the Dairy Sweet. Otherwise we love Cherry on Top, which is a frozen yougert place that does by weight, Cold Stone, and Dairy Queen!
