LO has been a relatively good sleeper for the past month, sleeping 10-5 most nights with a dream feed & going right back to sleep until 9. Now that we have transitioned to the crib, it's a mess & I am having a hard time.

It's frustrating because I know she can STTN & isn't hungry - it's just the adjustment - but I worry she will never sleep well again without sleep training. I don't want to CIO yet but I don't know how many more nights of every 2 hours & having to be nursed back to sleep I can do.

Any tips? I have attempted pick up/put down but she is not having that.

Also, since she's been having crap sleep at night, she's been taking a massive 2.5 hr morning nap. I have been letting her sleep because I figure she needs it & so do I (I'm still at home so I can go back to bed) but I wonder if I should try to get her back on her regular schedule so nursing every 2 hours at night & then going a 4 hour stretch during the day doesn't become a habit.

Oh, and we're going out of town this weekend & she is going to have to sleep in a PnP so that will be fantastic as well I'm sure.
