With my first, we didn't decide to room-share until we brought her home! DH set it all up as soon as we got home. We are planning to do this again with our son, but live in a smaller house now, and I can't decide when we should get it all set up!

We set up the bassinet/PnP in our room after the nursery was done, so like 37-38 weeks?

with both of my kids we've had a nursery set up and just put the rock'n'play next to our bed when the baby was born. We kept the changing table and everything in the nursery. With DS we threw a towel on the floor and put some diapers & wipes in a basket in our room so that we wouldn't have to go in to the nursery in the MOTN and risk waking big sister up.
We also ended up moving the glider into our room a few days after DS was born because nursing in bed was hurting my back.

I set up the PnP and RnP in my bedroom at 38 weeks. The nursery was done by 33ish weeks.

The day she came home! She sleeps in eithe a RnP or a PnP in here, so we just slid them down the hall once she got home. The changing table also moved into our bedroom but moved out after she started waking only once at night.

I have the bassinet on our dresser right now and some essentials in drawers in here. We will order a bassinet stand at some point and have a hand me down changin pad to go in the dresser then. I'm 38.5 weeks now. We have so little space I am just working on where I can reasonably cram things in now.

For both kids, we have had a changing pad with baskets of diapers/wipes etc on our dresser and the full size crib next to our bed. I think both times we set it up when I was around 36ish weeks.
For LO 2, we tried a bassinet at first, but she hated it. So we moved the full size crib back to our room (she sleeps fine there usually, or cosleeps with us about halfway through the night).

We did it around 37 weeks but made some changes after baby arrived, namely moving the change pad to our ensuite.

I honestly don't remember! With my first we had a huge master and set up the crib in our room because we were doing some Reno at the new house. But really all we did was set up the crib! Nothing else.
With the second she only slept with us until she outgrow the by your side sleeper. So like 4 weeks? Maybe 5? Again, nothing to set up in our room either.

We had a nursery but had a bassinet. We set that up around 36 or 37 weeks so it would be ready and also so our cats would be used to it.

We just put her rnp next to our bed, that was it haha. Then we ended up co-sleeping!

Late 3rd tri. It really just meant putting a changing pad on our dresser and putting the bassinet by the bed.

We set up the crib beside our bed right on my due date and then baby stayed out for another two weeks until I was induced.

We set up the Moses basket a couple of weeks before she was due. She ended up hating it, so we co-slept until I could leave her in the crib. Next time, baby is going straight into the PNP.
