Started up the Couch to 5k program again, now that the weather is nicer. So far, so good! Currently deciding if I should signup for a 5k in about 2 months or so, to stay motivated.
The thing is, I really dislike getting jostled and also, large crowds in general. Are 5ks just a mash of humanity? Or can I hang out in the back with the other slow people and not have to touch sweaty strangers. Please advise!
