So, before I got pregnant, I was somewhat of a frequent runner. I had only been running for less than a year, but I had participated in several 5ks and a 10k, and I probably ran about 3-4 times a week.

I've been on pelvic rest this entire pregnancy, so I haven't run since October. My favorite race is being held at the end of September, and it's a 10k. Registration goes very quickly, so I need to decide soon. I really want to do it! LO is due at the very beginning of July.

Am I being too ambitious? Any moms out there have any input on running/exercising post baby, and how long it took to get back into the swing of things? I'm fine with walking at times if need be, but I don't want to get in over my head, either!
