I finished Week 4 Day 1 of the C25k today. Im on track to finish it the first week of March and I wanted to sign up for a run sometime in March as motivation.
So tell the truth, when you first started doing 5ks, did you run the entire way or did you run/walk? Part of my brain is telling me that I shouldn't do a 5k race unless I can run the entire thing, but I know that lots of people don't run the whole thing.
I was sort of wanting to sign up for the St Patrick's Day 5 mile race here in my city, but Im like... irrationally nervous about doing so. I wanted to do a Graffiti Run 5k at the end of March, but DH refuses to do a color run and I want him to do it with me.
Someone tell me to stop being a chicken shit and just sign up.
