Holy crap. I guess I thought it'd be easy because a stroller has wheels. But my 35 lb jogging stroller + an almost 20 lb kid = I am exhausted and I only ran 3 miles!! My legs feel like dead weight. I was running 6 miles before I added the stroller...(only because I'm trying to train for a half marathon!)
Anyone else find it hard to get used to running with a jogging stroller? Any tips? Or is it just me?
